National Shipping & Refunds
Once we have received the return and inspected it, you will be notified and your refund will be processed. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To log a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is authorised, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions. All returns will require an additional fee of R60.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.
If you would like to exchange an item, a collection and re-delivery will be arranged at an additional charge of R60. We advise to contact us via email to arrange the exchange. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Products will be delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been placed. FREE delivery nationwide. All exchanges or refunds will require an additional fee of R60.
International Shipping & Refunds
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any returns for international shipping.
International delivery will be calculated at checkout. A flat rate is charged for the first 2kg. The customer is liable for all duties and taxes.
